The Task
SIP is synonymous to the closely guarded Mutual Fund category, making it difficult for any one brand to own it. The task was to do exactly that!
The Solution
While everyone was aware of the term SIP, most people did not fully understand it. There were so many questions and not one credible source that could answer them simply. Enter (drum rolls) ‘Mr. SIP’, who could answer anything and everything about SIP in a humane way. We created a bot that could answer the questions in 8 regional languages. This bot was deployed on campaign microsite, Alexa and Google Home. In addition to this we created videos answering the most asked questions. And all this was promoted through a high decibel campaign on TV, OOH, Digital & Social. The campaign won several awards and more importantly, got India talking to Mr. SIP.
