The challenge was twofold: to establish Sejal Realty as a credible, prominent brand in this cluttered space, and to give it an authentic, differentiated proposition, one strong enough to launch its most premium flagship project, Sejal City, an 8-acre mixed-use development in one of Mumbai’s prime locations.
The Solution
In a space where most real estate brands sound the same, Sejal Realty needed to stand for something deeper. The category has long been dominated by tall claims and templated communication, leaving little room for a distinct, meaningful brand voice.
Sejal Realty, however, had a powerful advantage. It shares its parentage with Sejal Glass, a listed company known for landmark national and international projects that have always championed the value of design. Having long catered to the architecture and design community, Sejal Glass made design a part of its DNA, a legacy that naturally extended to Sejal Realty.
We built on this truth to define the brand platform: “Designed to Define.” A philosophy that positioned Sejal Realty as a developer that designs not just spaces, but benchmarks.
For Sejal City, the idea evolved into an aspirational promise, “A Better World, By Design.” The result was a fresh, credible voice in a cluttered market, one that not only redefined Sejal Realty’s identity but also powered an exceptional launch, with Phase 1 selling out within weeks.
