To create a brand identity for Nosh, a modern dining restaurant by Chef Anuj Rathi, inspired by his philosophy of restraint, authenticity, and balance. In a culinary world crowded with overdesigned and overpromised brands, the challenge was to build something genuine, rooted, and effortlessly contemporary a brand that embodied the chef’s belief that less is more and every element has purpose.

Hyperconnect created a brand system that mirrored Nosh’s understated philosophy, honest, minimal, and meaningful.
The logo, typography, and colour palette were designed to reflect quiet confidence rather than loud expression. The tone of voice was kept warm yet assured, mirroring Chef Anuj’s approach to food, refined, balanced, and human.
Every brand touchpoint, from packaging to signage, was designed with restraint, allowing form, space, and experience to speak louder than ornamentation. The result: a brand that feels as authentic as the food itself, contemporary, soulful, and deeply personal.
