The Solution
We set up a CoE (Centre of Excellence) for CEAT International which included setting-up of social listening in English and regional languages, engaging with native content creators in agriculture & heavy equipment industries, opinion leaders to create authentic and relevant content in regional languages, facilitating effective reach and switch to CEAT tires.
The digital engagement also includes capturing share of voice on search terms in each markets.
