Point for People is a charity platform with a difference that lets people donate their accumulated loyalty points towards different causes. They wanted to create awareness about donating points to make a difference in society while continuing to enjoy their spending.
To introduce a novel concept, we began by articulating the brand and drafting a brand guideline to create trust and unify the marketing efforts. We then led the digital transformation project by creating a website and integrating various banking & financial institutions and their point redemption gateways.
Once the platform was set, we started creating awareness on social media, blog portals through engaging content and contextual targetted ads that would lead people to donate for social good via their points.
We were successful in creating awareness about Points for People and help increase the involvement of many more individuals in donating to charity. Points for People received millions of points in donations that were diverted towards the various causes. They even managed to broaden the spectrum of causes by joining hands with more and more charity partners.
We defined a clear style guide for Points for People that became our go to for creating a distinct identity on social.
We define monthly social media objectives and create memorable communication that strikes a chord with audience and nudges them to donate.
