Sr. Creative Director/ Creative Lead

Experience: 12+ Years


  • Produce creative thought leadership in the creation of high-quality broadcast as well as experiential and digital design
  • Develop and create brands
  • Work with Account Managers to ensure each project, in accordance with a briefing, is clearly outlined and estimated
  • Review all art creation
  • Come up with creative thinking during brainstorming sessions, creative wall reviews, and project kick-off meetings
  • Guide, influence, and motivate others with thought-provoking ideas and recommendations
  • Crack new ideas for creative team management and processes
  • Assist in the supervision of the creative department to promote an inspiring atmosphere and desirable workflow to achieve the best work
  • Present or oversee the presentation of final concepts and coordinate production and dissemination for cross-organizational use

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline
  • Proficiency with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Possess excellent uses of Microsoft Office application, i.e. Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Great in the creative cloud i.e. Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and illustrator
  • Possess knowledge of MAC, as well as strong PC skills
